Reconnecting through yoga

An evening of nourishing yoga asana, pranayama and relaxation. Over 2.5 hours, we’ll have time for a slow and steady yoga asana practice, pranayama and relaxation, plus opportunity for conversation and connection over chai and nibbles. This event is offered as pay what you can, just choose from the various options, to find the price you feel comfortable with. There are also two free places available, for anyone experiencing financial hardship, just email me if you'd like access to one of those.
